The Unified Time & Attendance System is a powerful centralized software platform (Backend & Dashboard) designed to manage large organizations with multiple branches and hundreds of employees. It solves the fragmentation of fingerprint devices by seamlessly connecting them into a single unified network, allowing central management real-time monitoring and full control.

Key Technical & System Features:

Remote Device Management: Real-time monitoring of all devices across all branches (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) with direct status updates and live attendance fetching.
Biometric Sync & Transfer: An exceptional feature that allows extracting an employee's fingerprint from one device and instantly broadcasting/syncing it to all other devices across the network with a single click.
Live Reports & Statistics: A comprehensive dashboard displaying present, late, absent, and on-leave employees in real-time, along with compliance indicators for each branch.
Flexible Time Policies: Complete flexibility in configuring time schedules, grace periods, and specific time windows for check-ins and check-outs.
Integration & Automation: Live system notifications, Excel exporting, and automated backup and attendance preparation tasks.
